Mr. Shao is a Chinese-registered attorney, graduated from Dalian University of Technology and majored in aircraft design. Since entering F&S in 2018, Mr. Shao is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation and administrative litigation, covering the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Vehicle-Engineering. Mr. Shao has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese.
